Immediate contact about a specific order:
If you need to notify us immediately about a specific order (i.e. to cancel or change a recent order), you can also use the contact method in "My Account":
1. Log-in to your account.
2. Click to view previous orders
3. On right of each order is an option to post view Messages. Click it.
4. A listing of messages associated with this order is then listed.
5. At the bottom of the screen, click on Write a Message.
6. Complete all blocks and then click on Add Feedback.
