Custom Made Beer Steins or mugs for your organization or event

At SteinCenter.com we have unique relationships with quality beer stein and beer mug manufacturers and

we are experienced in helping you design the perfect custom made beer steins or beer mugs.

Beer steins and/or beer mugs can be designed with any logos or graphics and your unique text. Lids may also be

designed with your unique finial (lid topper made in pewter, or porcelain inserts).

The steins or mugs can be produced in traditional fired clay, high quality porcelain, or glass with etching.

They can also be produced with or without lids and we offer a variety of stein lid choices ( all in high quality pewter).

Beer steins and beer mugs are generally available in 1/2, 3/4, and 1 liter steins.

Personalized (custom made) steins have minimum quantity orders (usually 60) and require up to 10 weeks for design,

production, and shipping from Germany. Please contact us for minimum orders and pricing details.

Things to consider prior to contacting us:

1. What is the projected quantity of steins or mugs?

2. What is the deadline to have the steins/mugs in your possession?
Consider that our steins are made in Germany and will require pre-production artwork, production time, and shipping

from Germany.

Expedited shipments will require an additional shipping charge.

3. What is the artwork that will be applied to the stein / mug? We can provide the artwork specifications or we can produce

the

artwork to meet the manufacturers needs.

We will quickly design a suggested mockup and email the sample to you.

Timelines

Design, Production, and Shipment.

The time from initial contact to delivery of your steins vary and are mostly dependent on finalizing the design of the stein, graphics, and lid (optional).

At a minimum, you should budget 12 weeks for design, production, shipment from Germany, clearing Customs, and ground shipment to your location.

**Please be responsive to our designer's emails of mockups and design choices to speed the process.**

Within 24-48 hours of initial contact, our designer will send an email with an attached image of your personalized beer stein mockup. Customers are encouraged to respond with design changes and feedback. We will send changed mockup emails until you are satisfied with the stein, graphics, lids and optional finials. This part of the process can take days to weeks depending on customer comments and feedback and number of changes.

Once the stein design is accepted (in writing) and down payment is received, the order will be sent to Germany for production. Once produced, most shipments from Germany will arrive via ship to a U.S. port, the shipment will process through Customs and then forwarded by freight to your shipping address.

Orders requiring expedited shipments will travel via air freight from Germany to your location. Final shipping costs will be effected if using air freight.
