1/2 Liter. 10 1/2" tall. Imperial Eagle Cobalt Stein. This cobalt and rustical stein features many of the architectural highlights of Germany in richly intricate design. The front panel displays the Imperial German Eagle in striking contrast on the blue background. The Imperial German Eagle originates from an emblem believed to have been used by Charlemagne, the first Frankish ruler crowned Holy Roman Emperor by the Pope in 800 A.D., and was derived from the Eagle Standard of the Roman army. The sides depict the architecture of Rothenburg, Heidelberg, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, the Neuschwanstein Castle, and the Lorelei Statue on the Rhine. The handle displays a banner German flag. The pedestal-style base banners state "Germany" in German, French, and English. The domed pewter lid is adorned with decorative relief banding.

Hand-crafted in Germany by King-Werk.

Perfect unique gift for collectors, historians, architecture enthusiasts, or that 'hard to buy for' friend or loved one.

Excellent centerpiece addition to your home bar, ready for travel to your favorite tavern.
