1/2 Liter. 10" tall. Poland Beer Stein. This cobalt relief stein, with colorful and fine detail, features the Coat of Arms of Poland on the center front, with Polish flags beneath. According to legend, the White Eagle emblem originated when Poland's legendary founder, Lech, saw a white eagle's nest. While he viewed the bird, the red setting sun fell upon its wings and they appeared tipped with gold, the rest of the eagle was pure white. The stein's side panels feature the Coats of Arms of major cities within Poland, including: Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw, Krakow, and Katowice. The domed pewter lid is adorned with intricate relief banding.
