Germany's capital, Berlin, is displayed at the center top above the Neuschwanstein Castle in a highlighted panel with gold scroll framing. Other cities featured with their architectural landmarks are Cologne, Rothenburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Heidelberg. The domed turned pewter lid is adorned with decorative detailed relief banding.
